Artisan Bread
Artisan bread is a world apart from store-bought bread. For starters, they're a whole lot yummier! Lovingly crafted using age-old methods, the long fermentation time allows the dough to develop properly. The result is a scrumptious bread with a myriad of textures - a crispy golden crust with a light interior - and a depth of flavour unmatched in commercial loaves. Best of all, artisan bread does not contain preservatives! It should be eaten within 3-4 days, but can be frozen for prolonged storage. Simply bake at 180 °C for 8-10 minutes to reheat.
The bread is baked on Mondays and Fridays, so place your orders at least a day ahead. Collection is from 6pm onwards on baking day.

A lovely option for the health conscious consumer. Made from levain as a natural starter and various seeds – pumpkin, sesame, sunflower and flaxseed – the bread does not compromise on flavour, while being rich in fibres and omega 3-fatty acids
Ciabatta – RM 12
A beautifully spongey and chewy crumb enclosed in a crispy crust, the rustic Italian bread is one of our personal favourites. Another must try
